Global Enterprises utilizes a mail-in process which requires the new hire to fill just one additional form. This process is the least intrusive as job applicants are already required to fill out numerous forms.

Because different credits may require different forms, a preliminary questionnaire is used to determine which procedures are appropriate. The questionnaire is also used to provide a consistent message to all job applicants, explaining the reasons for requesting the information and stressing the importance of being honest and forthcoming with what we appreciate as being very personal information.

The completed questionnaires are sent to Global Enterprises. With this information, we can not only apply for the appropriate credits, but also provide management with meaningful reports demonstrating how well their personnel are complying with the program. In general, we believe we can provide significant benefits to the company.

Calculating the Credit

A key part of our process is the communication of the payroll information necessary to calculate the credits and prepare compliance reports. We can receive this information in any of several ways: the internet, diskette or hard copy. Moreover, we can vary the frequency of our requests. We can request such information monthly, quarterly or annually. We will work closely with your Management Information Systems personnel or Human Resouces Personnel to make this portion of the program run as smoothly as possible.
